Standing.

While on vacation last week, Little Brim spent a lot of time buckling his knees, refusing to sit (even taking a standing bath one night), and pulling himself up on everything he could grab on to. It should have come as no surprise then that when we arrived home last night and I sat him in his crib to quickly clean, I watched him spring up to standing position. So at 10:00pm we were dismantling the crib to lower the mattress.

I’m definitely not ready for this phase (though the smile on his face every time he stands up and looks at us is pretty awesome).

Oh, my heart. Could my baby have become a toddler in a week? He’s so different.
